Clock Room III / lived duration

The Time Within

Nine clocks follow time from a reflex to a lifetime.

A body does not keep time on one scale. It answers in reaction, pulse, breath, appetite, sleep, repetition, and memory. Some intervals arrive as sensation; others collect slowly until change becomes visible. This room moves through one life at nine magnifications, treating each clock as an instrument for noticing rather than a verdict about the person using it.
