About the Focus Timer
This timer uses the Pomodoro Technique - a productivity method that breaks work into focused intervals (traditionally 25 minutes) separated by short breaks.
How to use:
- Choose your focus duration (25 minutes is the classic Pomodoro)
- Click "Start" and work with full concentration
- When the timer rings, take a 5-minute break
- After 4 focus sessions, take a longer 15-30 minute break
- Repeat to maintain sustained productivity
